University of Malaya (UM) Engineering Direct Intake Bachelor Programmes: 4 Years RM90,000 Total Fees
Why is Universiti Malaya (UM) offering direct intake when it already has a private university: International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW)? Is this a direct response to the government's budget cut in higher education funding? Or is it a faculty specific (money-making) initiative to take advantage of top 35 in the world university rankings by faculty: engineering & technology? In particular the top 23 in the world university rankings by subject: engineering - electrical?
