Permohonan BR1M 2015 Application - Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia

• Requirements for BR1M 2015 Application
  (i) Malaysian nationality
  (ii) Male or female who becomes head of family / members who stay under one root with total gross monthly household income of RM4,000 or below
  (iii) Single elder man / woman (60 years old or above) with total gross monthly income of RM4,000 or below
  (iv) Single (21 years old or above) with total gross monthly income of RM2,000 or below
• Please present copy of:
  (i) Applicant's MyKad; and
  (ii) MyKad/MyPR/Passport of husband / wife (if applicable)
• Checking of eligibility with agency / other sources are determined by Ministry of Finance, Malaysia
• Recipient of 1Malaysia Book Voucher (Baucar Buku 1Malaysia, BB1M) is not entitled to apply BR1M 2015

Note:

1. New application - For applicant who apply BR1M for the first time and also for applicant who was not qualified for BR1M 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0
2. Update application BR1M 3.0 - For application of BR1M 3.0 to update details exclusive of Marriage Status and Household Details.

Update application BR1M 3.0 only permitted for ONE (1) time only. Any other changes, please visit nearest LHDNM branch. For changes of Marriage Status or Household Details, please send the application form to nearest LHDNM branch.
