Public and private universities need to create a niche and establish symbiotic collaboration to ensure the sustainability of the country's education.
"Higher education has developed rapidly with the establishment of seven foreign universities in the past decade.
"A co-existence strategy that is more profitable, rather than competitive, should be designed," he said at 'Malam ke Puncak Awan' dinner function here Tuesday night.
