Student Committed Suicide Due to Stressful Examinations

A Chung Hwa Independent High School student committed suicide by jumping from the 8th floor of the apartment at 7PM yesterday. The incident happened in Setapak Idaman Putera area. Two days ago he reportedly told his mum about his thought of committing suicide due to the stress from examinations.

Update: Oriental Daily News reported that the 18-year-old bright student complained to her mother that he wanted to commit suicide because he was bullied by schoolmates. After the incident, his mother discovered from his book that he was called "Ah Gua (Pondan)" by some of his friends.
